Permit holders who believe they have already surpassed their allocation must contact the District<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> <strong>immediately<\/strong><\/span> at <a href=\"mailto:info@subsidence.org\">info@subsidence.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The District encourages permit holders to submit an application for an amended permit before they exceed their original groundwater allocation to avoid noncompliance with District Rules.
