The Fort Bend Subsidence District (FBSD) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified professionals to enter into professional services agreements to conduct technical reviews and evaluations of groundwater reduction plans submitted to the District for consideration. The FBSD will contract directly with the Consultant for professional technical services using the FBSD’s standard Professional Services Agreement and associated work orders.
