$5.25 per million gallons of maximum authorized withdrawal from wells pumped for the purpose of the irrigation of agricultural crops.

$20.00 minimum fee per year with permits extending less than 20 months considered one year permits.

For over-conversion achieved through the reuse of treated effluent, the permittee will receive 1.5 gallons of credit for each gallon of over-conversion.

Disincentive fee:

$6.50/1000 gallons of authorized withdrawal.
