District Regulatory Plan
It is the purpose and intent of the District Regulatory Plan (DRP) to establish policy in the area of groundwater regulation, permits and enforcement and to establish District regulatory areas and regulatory requirements for each area. The District’s Regulatory Plan was approved on December 10, 2025.
