Hearings

The District holds public hearings the first Thursday of every month to provide information and accept testimony relating to the issuance of water well permits. A “Public Hearing” notice is published listing those entities that have applications scheduled to be acted upon by the Board of Directors.

PLEASE NOTE: All public hearings will now occur in person only. 

You must register to speak at FBSD Hearings in advance and attend the meeting in person to provide public comment.
